I am a consultant with nearly 20 years’ experience in industry, driven by a passion for helping people and organisations be the best they can. After more than a decade leading teams and clients in the world of corporate communications, I devoted eight years to growing an industry-beating communications brand from the talent through to the disruptive marketing programme.
I now work as a consultant driving agenda-changing diversity and inclusion programmes, helping to build inspirational employer brands and organisational cultures that develop and nurture people. I have a passion for working with individuals and seeing positive change face-to-face, equally working with leadership teams to make whole organisations more human and more effective. I have a particular commitment for getting returning talent back into fulfilling careers and addressing gender inequalities in the workplace.
